Simply download the package to the destination server under /usr/src/ and extract it as such:

1) Download the EL5 package for CentOS 5, Red Hat 5, or CloudLinux 5 and the EL6 package for CentOS 6, Red Hat 6, or CentOS 6, and the EL7 file for CentOS 7, Red Hat 7, or CloudLinux 7. And then upload it to the folder /usr/src in your server.

2) [root@varnish src]# file Zip archive data, at least v2.0 to extract
