How to submit a request for assistance. Varnish subscriber support vs unixy client support

Our customers fall in two categories:

  1. UNIXy Clients
  2. Varnish Script Subscribers

UNIXy clients are customers who have a sevice level agreement (SLA) with UNIXy for a server or cluster they hired us for. UNIXy clients are urged to open a request in the Support Department through the Client Area at (Support -> Tickets -> Open New Ticket -> Support Department).

Varnish Script Subscribers, on the other hand, are required to open a request in the Varnish Script Support Department via the Client Area at (Support -> Tickets -> Open New Ticket -> Varnish Script Support Department).
