License status: Notice

Review the error_log file that PHP creates inside the installer directory for possible errors (usually /usr/src/*/error_log). Your php.ini (usually located in /usr/local/lib/php.ini) has the parameter display_errors set to On. It needs to be turned off for the installation to complete. This setting should remain off at all time in production.

error_reporting is another configuration setting that should not include notices so be sure to exclude those from being reported.
