Simply set the Cache Time To Live value to 0 in WHM -> cPanel Varnish -> Advanced Configuration and submit.

And this is a static URL: http://www.unixy.net/images/giftcarddemo.png

Dynamic pages are any URLs that are NOT static files. The Static TTL controls static files caching
